Hey everyone! I am Firefighter A.J. and I have a passion for food and cooking. When I started my career in the fire service I saw the importance of the kitchen in the firehouse, thus spurring the idea for Fork and Hose Co. What started out as a small plan for me to share my own recipes, has grown to a global community contributing dishes from firehouse kitchens around the world. We love to share healthy recipes and cooking tips in hopes of changing the current epidemic facing the fire service, which is that over 50% of Line of Duty Deaths occur due to cardiac related incidents. And this change starts at the kitchen table!
