Hey everyone! I am Firefighter A.J. and I have a passion for food and cooking. When I started my career in the fire service I saw the importance of the kitchen in the firehouse, thus spurring the idea for Fork and Hose Co. What started out as a small plan for me to share my own recipes, has grown to a global community contributing dishes from firehouse kitchens around the world.
