ANGELA'S PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup DRY OATMEAL
1/2 cup COTTAGE CHEESE
1 EGG
1/2 BANANA
1/4 tsp BAKING POWDER
CINNAMON, to taste
PROCEDURE:
Place all the ingredients in a blender, puree.
Cook in a skillet as you would pancakes
